MakeGoods.com.au has completed a major make good of a factory in Chalmers Street, Surry Hills. The building comprised of 5 levels at approximately 5000m2 of total floor space.

Scope of Works

Removing the paint off all ceilings and timber columns comprised the majority of the scope. 400cfm compressors powered sandblasting machines which were used to strip the paint.

The ducted air conditioning unit was demolished and removed and fire services and sprinklers made good.
