MakeGoods.com.au has completed a major make good of a hardware store in Lindfield. The building comprised of two levels at approximately 600m2 of floor space as well as a back lane entry with 250m2 of external grounds.

Scope of Works

The major part of the project involved the removal of a 420m2 asbestos roof and complete re sheeting with ColourBond.

Internally, old fixtures and partitions were removed and new male and female toilets were installed.

The external work included excavation of over 50m3 of soil, 90m of new perimiter fencing, full upgrade of storm water and landscaping.
