What you will need to start

1. Tape measure (if you do not have one you may step out the approximate measurements if possible)
   
   
2. Briefly read the terminology page if you are unsure of basic commercial building terms.
   
   
3. A floor plan or quick sketch of the space is recommended but not essential.
   
   
4. Photos are also a good idea.
